About Ringtail
Ringtail Carpentry, owned by carpenter and designer Tobey McKinley (he/him), is founded in craftsmanship and curiosity for finding clever solutions. After a decade of working in graphic design, Tobey found intrigue in carpentry through the design and construction of a 200 sq ft self-built tiny home on his 3-acre wooded property.
Tobey combines his knack for digital design and project management with hands-on woodworking skills to make houses feel more like homes.
His other self-led endeavors include branding and logo work, website design, web accessibility consultations, and Transcapsule – an app for documenting gender journeys. 🏳️⚧️
